Vineyard's galvanized poles and accessories
It consists of a particular process by passing a sheet of sheet metal in a bath of molten zinc at 700 ° C contained in a ceramic tank; to this bath are usually added lead as a fluidizing element and aluminum to favor the adherence of zinc to steel. The UNI EN 10142 and UNI EN 10147 standards list the various types of hot-dip galvanized steel obtained with this process, indicating the mechanical characteristics and the various coating thicknesses obtainable. Zinc coating thickness: Z275.
The raw material used for the realization of our profile is of the pickled type S355JR respecting the dimensional norms (Standard EN 10051). Hot dip galvanizing is carried out by immersion after processing according to the UNI EN ISO 1461 standard. The legislation provides for an average thickness of 55 microns for raw material with a thickness of 1.5 mm.
COR-TEN is a steel that belongs to the category of steels resistant to atmospheric corrosion. The typology that Taborre & Tumbarello uses is the S300JOW, which is at the top of the official steel tables, with a resistance of 450 RpMa. The COR-TEN is supplied completely pickled, then cleaned from metallurgical residues and from slag, with a certified sheet thickness. Each production lot has the traceability that is attached to each supply, in order to be able to verify the origin and the processing carried out at any time. The chemical analysis is certified and available attached to each production lot.
